1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kokodi at kokodi.co.ke, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Service description

Kokodi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by the service provider for property and rental management, including but not limited to buildings, units, tenants, agreements, invoicing, and payments. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Acceptable use

You must use Kokodi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the platform in any way that could harm the service provider, our infrastructure, or third parties.

4. Accounts and data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You are also responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for using Kokodi are as set out on our Pricing page or in your agreement with us. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. We marginalise changes to pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider and Kokodi are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
